• Goods purchased for delivery in the UK are sent by first class recorded delivery post and should be received the next working day
• We strongly recommend you select the option to have the goods delivered by “special delivery next day” which guarantees next day delivery and provides compensation for loss or damage for the value of your order.

Europe

• Goods sent to European Countries are sent by air mail post and should arrive within 3 working days from dispatch.
• Depending on the country of destination the shipment will either be “Tracked” throughout the journey or will require a signature on delivery.
• Although the shipment will either be “Tracked” or require a signature on delivery we strongly recommend you select the option to have the goods insured against loss or damage for the value of your order.

USA

• Shipments to the United States are sent by air mail post and should arrive within 5 working days from dispatch
• The shipments are “Tracked” throughout the journey to the delivery point in the US.
• Although the shipment will either be “Tracked” we strongly recommend you select the option to have the goods insured against loss or damage for the value of your order.

Rest of the World

• Goods sent to Countries other than Europe and the United Stares or America are sent by air mail post and should arrive within 5 working days from dispatch.
